After 3.5 years of researching, interviewing, and writing my
dissertation focused on “Elementry teacher's perceptions of
challenges in instructing students with dyslexia and
recommendations for improvement,” I discovered researchers and
the education system must ask WHY, in 2024, dyslexic students
still struggle to read, write, and comprehend in traditional and
private school classrooms across the United States.
It is my calling, passion, and duty to share what I have learned and
experienced in educating, supporting, and understanding dyslexia as well as dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and ASD (high functioning) for students of all ages.
